Hi — we're Alexis & Jacob.

We're an adventurous couple from King City with a lifelong love for animals. Alexis raised a dog of her own, and Jacob grew up with three cats who were family. That love is what brought us here, and it's what drives us every day. Alexis is your dedicated full-time caregiver and point of contact, with Jacob assisting as his schedule allows. Every visit includes photo updates and consistent communication — because your pet deserves care from someone who truly means it.

What areas do you serve?
We serve King City and Tigard, Oregon — generally the 97223 and 97224 zip codes. Staying tight to our neighborhood means we can respond fast and keep visits on time.
How do I get started?
Start by sending us a care request through the form on this page — just tell us a little about your pet and what you're looking for. From there we'll reach out to schedule a free meet & greet, either at your home or ours depending on the service. It takes about 20 minutes. We'll get to know you and your pet, go over routines and feeding schedules, and if it feels like a good fit we'll book your first visit on the spot.
How does the first meet & greet work?
Depending on the visit type you request, we either come to your home or you come to ours for about 20 minutes — free, no pressure. You get to know us, we get to know you and your pet(s), and we take notes on routines, feeding schedules, and anything else that matters. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll book your first visit on the spot.
Are you insured?
Yes — full pet-care liability insurance including care, custody, and control coverage. We can share the certificate before your first booking if you'd like.
Do you board pets at your home?
Yes! In-home boarding is currently invitation-only and limited to a small number of regulars. New boarding clients start with a trial stay before committing to longer bookings — this gives your pet a chance to get comfortable in our home and lets us make sure it's a great fit for everyone. If you're interested in boarding, send us a care request and we'll go from there!
How do payments work?
For direct bookings we accept cash, card, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay — we'll email a receipt after every payment. Prefer to book through Rover? No problem!
What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens — we totally get it. All we ask is that you give us at least 24 hours notice and there's no charge. Same-day cancellations are billed at 50% to cover the held time. Emergencies are always handled case by case, just reach out and we'll work something out.
